COBOT Welding Robot with Laser Welder
1500 mm-reach cobot with laser welder, Siemens S7-1200 controller and Profinet communication.
A workstation designed for welding parts exceeding 1 m in size, equipped with a 1500 mm-reach cobot and a laser welder.
The welder control system is based on a Siemens S7-1200 controller, and the operator interface runs on a 7" Weintek cMT panel. The HMI was prepared in Polish.
Communication between the robot and the welder uses the Profinet standard, enabling full integration and process-parameter control from the robot level.
