The deployed steel-element welding station includes a six-axis robot, a MIG/MAG welder, a "force sensor" and a remote control panel.
"Force sensor" is a six-axis force-measurement device that lets the operator teach the robot by physically dragging it along the planned trajectory. It is especially useful in applications where welding paths change frequently.
The remote control panel, combined with the force sensor, enables fast and intuitive programming of welding strategies. Buttons allow quick entry of welding, line, curve, weld-function and arc commands. The built-in joystick provides very precise arm positioning.
With a reach of over 2 m, the robot can weld multiple parts spread across the welding table. High build quality guarantees 0.05 mm accuracy, delivering fast and repeatable production of welded components.
